September 16, 2019 Sandhills edition

Hey yall so this week was pretty sweet, pday was alright. ZLs are kinda lame and yeah. Tuesday was good, we did a car fast and tried to contact every person around our apartment and it was actually really good talked to a lot of good people! We spent most of the day in Ogallala trying people and studying. Wednesday was sweet, we tried more people in ogallala and found a new guy named Chad! He was at first pretty closed off but then he wanted to view the Book of Mormon from a different perspective and he did! Super hype. We are going back next week. Our teaching appointment canceled but we still had a good dinner with our branch President in North Platte. We tired a list of referrals from President Wray and that's is how we finished the night. Thursday was hard, I ended up coming down with flu but we were able to work a couple hours before I spilled the cookies. At the end of the night we headed to North Platte for interviews. Interviews were pretty chill, nothing exciting, district council was right after, the zone leaders did a joint zoom call which was fun. Saturday I was finally back into the swing and we were able to go teach a freaking sweet returning member that lives in the middle of a Ranch then we did some finding g in Paxton for a couple hours then dinner. We drove to Sandhills the second branch we cover and stayed the night with some members. The Sandhills branch is so sweet we stayed on the church ranch and they literally owned as far as you could see even where the light doesn't touch lol. We had a party, branch conf was amazing same as last week, then put luck and tried all the people in the surrounding towns. That's it for today folks see ya next week!
