February 4, 2019 6 rings and freezing temperatures

Hey yall so incase you didn't know the New England Patriots are Super Bowl Champions once again for the 6th time. I heard it was a good game but low scoring. Can't wait for next year's season!

So this week has been exciting, Temps in the negatives, the coldest it got in my area was around - 30 other was closer to - 60 so turns out it's super hard to breathe in this weather, so we were advised to go to set appointments and knock apartments. Well everyone in west Omaha is rich and doesn't need apartments. We only have like 2 or 3 complexs but they are both locked. So we got to spend most the day inside. We did a ton of studies and help Brother Hall with a few things. It was so cold we had ice on most of our windows and the breaker box had a layer ice over one of the edges. We had a last district council and it was awesome, we talked about missionary work after the mission since 3 of our group were headed home. We had a funeral for 3 and a birth of 1 haha we had a member from Wahoo who as preparing for his mission by already being a missionary. He's gonna do great in Peru!  We were able to tackle a part member family list and it's been amazing working with the members to help us bring people closer to Christ. We got to work in both areas this week and teach a few times it was good. Well Transfers are this week so stay tuned for more next week!
