Whats up y'all
First off, yes today is my Pday.Monday, Pday was good, wrecked some Elders at vball and got the to do list done, we went to Bass Pro shop which was awesome! Cableas on steroids! Our dinner appointment was sweet! All we did was talk about was cars and guns! He makes Ricers! Im not alone over here! He showed us his motor he is working on 1.8L inline 4 banger, thats been modded with renforced clyinder walls and a bunch of other stuff! Also fun fact, our downstairs neighbor's love smoking weed and cigarettes and it makes our apartment smell so bad! We made a super good investiment on some candles since we are poor. It smells like an apple orchards in the woods!Tuesday: It was very slow, our appointment fell though and finding didn't go so well either, so we took lunch, and prayed to be productive then our phone lit up, Service! For most of you who know me I love Service! I could be srubbing a toliet and still have a smile on my face! We got the opportunity to help a struggling memeber move into a apartment in the snow! It was fun, and he wants to start meeting with us to make sure he stays active in the church! Then we went and moved a broken washer out of someones basement and put the new one in, and while we were at it we gave her son a blessing and plowed her driveway and sidewalk!Wednesday: Today started off rough... lets just say its hard to use your "smart phone" when its turned into a "dumb phones" I'll just leave it at that. Dinner was crazy, 3 little kids running around screaming, dads coming home from work running late, moms pregnant and grandma and grandpa are chilling in the living room. Also the ceiling was leaking water due to a flood casued in the upstairs bathroom and dinner got screwed up. But its all good, dinner was good, and we shared a good message. Then we asked if we could do anything to help out and the mom joking said yeah pick up my kids toys... Say no more. We picked up all the toys and what not and earned a sticker! Frozen edition in case anyone was wondering haha.Thursday: Disrtict meeting was fun, jerky and sharing our weeks with other Elders and Sisters, then after we hit up Taco Hell, I mean Bell, lol we had exchanges with the zone leaders, I went with Elder Harie he's a cool and chill guy, we had a bunch of facebook lessons but most of them fell though or were a awkward texting situation. We taught one PI later that day, we started with the Intro to the BofM and you could see the gears turning in his head... Well you could see the smoke coming out of his ears, and we were gonna lose him! I gotta do something! I noticed he had movie posters everywhere so I made a sweet analogy about movies, you gotta go watch the movie to know if its good or bad, therefore you have to read the BofM to know if its good or bad. Its all coming back to me said the blind man peeing in the wind haha He started understanding you gotta read it to know if its true.Friday: Serive time! Heartland hope is pretty cool, they gather food and supplies and ship them out to the poor and needy! We help sort though the pallets of food and what not and stock up a warehouse. The rest of the day as slow, we taught our chriorpractor more about the temple and it was sweet! He fixed us up again and turns our my comps tounge was injuried... Awkward... How'd ya do that buddy?!Saturday: Cars were grounded and it snowed a lot overnight, so we were stuck in our apartments, so we made a grand breakfeast, including pancakes and bacon! We got a few referrals and tried them but most turned us away or are never home. We met our less active member today and had a good lesson with him, and got to have dinner on the AirForce Base! Its super cool, it felt like a fancy prison with stores and houses, but towers everywhere and planes taking off all day.Sunday: We taught Gospel principles on late notice but had a good lesson, we got a referral from the Bishop, and the guy was at church! We tracked him down and talked with him to see when we could come teach, he warned us and told us to come in numbers (more than 2) Oh bud you don't know whats coming... We also did some more serivce, moving a dresser up a flight of stairs... fun... but we did it!I Love all of you and thanks so much for all the love and support you show me! Pray to Heavenly Father he wants to talk to you and help you! He loves and know each one of you personally, I can testify that is true.Love Elder PhelonPics:Our Valentines day pizzaI made a new friend at Bass ProA night in Bellevue
