Monday: Pday, normal day, had some fun and yeah
Tuesday: normal day, not much to report, the Brooking Elders came down to stay the night for Zone Conf.
Wednesday: Zone Conf!!! So this was one of the best Zone Conferences I've ever been too not to mention President Gardner's last. It was super good and super sad at the same time. We all created a diagram about "A mighty change of heart" I made mine about trucks and was able to share it with the zones. It was really good. I finished it that morning haha. So after zone conf we got a chance to ask any last questions to president and sister Gardner and it was a fun time but still super sad. It was hard to focus for the rest of the day knowing next time we see our mission president it will be a different person. It rained all day today and felt like one of those super depressing movies when someone dies and everyone is sad and wearing black.
Thursday: So its still raining, for about a full 24 hours now and the streets are starting to flood. we were able to contact a couple 3 people tonight and it was fun being out in the rain #eldersorenson We were also able to get one of our gators to a volleyball activity hosted by the stake, it was super fun I was able to play and it was super sweet! Our gator ended up not playing the whole time but talking with members. It was good all around.
Friday: we went on exchanges this week and its nice to get away from your comp for a little bit and be with someone new and get another view of how to do missionary work. I went with my DL (before he was a sack) and we had a ton of fun, we went to a small town on the outskirts of Brandon and talked to a bunch of people. We found 3 new gators and it was a lot of fun.
Saturday: Today was mostly weekly planning after we finished exchanges, so not much to report on today.
Sunday: Today was sweet, our ward had a potluck after the block meetings, it was sweet until we came home to our apartment covered with pass along cards and paper cups full of water all over the floor, I'll be honest I was pissed off and blew a couple 3 fuses. I took us about 2 hours to clean up and it was a huge waste of time, I home our DL knows that. Besides that we were able to give a blessing to one of our gators who is going though a super rough time and instead of turning and running away from the church.... She is running towards it! She came to church and enjoyed it a ton!
