Thursday: So today we were able to teach our progressing person about receiving church callings and learning about the Gospel never ends and thats what I love about this True Gospel, every time you open the Book of Mormon you learn something new every single time!
Friday: today we picked up a less-active member that recently moved from Mitchel South Dakota and it was cool getting to know her, kinda sucked cause she loves cats therefore I couldn't breathe the whole time we were there since Im allergic but it was still good. The previous missionaries that taught her promised that if she listened to everything the missionaries told her to do she would be Temple worthy by December... Challenge accepted! Im super pumped to take on this challenge and get someone else to the Temple!
Saturday: We got a Referral this week out in Parker... "Where is Parker" you might ask? well let me tell ya, its about 45 mins away from out apartment using dirt roads. We spends about 3 hours in that small city knocking and finding people, it was super cool! We talked to the referral and he's not interested so that was great... thanks bro... but no effort wasted! We also taught our other progressing person which was also super good too!
Sunday: We got a new Bishop today and I totally called it before anyone else. Im a boss. That was cool getting a new Bishopric, ive only been though that process once so far. but we had a slower day but at dinner we got to talk to a guy who just got home from his mission in Peru, he can hardly speak English now haha but it was cool comparing missions and how they are so different but we all do the same thing at the same time. I got a phone call tonight from President Ence... Im training next Transfer!!! Im super excited to train, about half of my zone is training but its going to be super cool!
